FIFA 15's Seydou Doumbia has beaten fierce competition to be crowned the most overpowered Ultimate Team card in FIFA history.

SPORTbible posted a series of Twitter polls to determine which four Ultimate Team cards would make it to the deciding poll.

Stephan El Shaarawy's FIFA 12 card topped the first poll with 37 per cent of the vote, though Alexander Esswein and Jack Butland put up quite the challenge.

Esswein's FIFA 13 card secured 32 per cent of the vote and finished second, while Butland's FIFA 17 card came third with 28 per cent of the vote.

Maikon Leite, who was a fan-favourite in FIFA 13, only managed to secure three per cent of the vote and was knocked out alongside Esswein and Butland.

Poll A: Jack Butland (FIFA 17), Stephan El Shaarawy (FIFA 12), Alexander Esswein (FIFA 13) and Maikon Leite (FIFA 13).

Moving into the second poll and Gabriel Agbonlahor's FIFA 12 card won by a thumping landslide after taking home 72 per cent of the vote.

Taye Taiwo's FIFA 12 card came a distant second with 14 per cent of the vote, while FIFA 09's John Carew took home eight per cent in third place and FIFA 10's Joseph Yobo came fourth with five per cent.

Poll B: John Carew (FIFA 09), Gabriel Agbonlahor (FIFA 12), Joseph Yobo (FIFA 10) and Taye Taiwo (FIFA 12).

Heading into the third poll and Doumbia managed to hold off Victor Ibarbo for the top spot.

The Ivorian took home 34 per cent of the vote, while Ibarbo managed to secure a second-place finish with 30 per cent of the vote.

In easily the 'Group of Death' poll, FIFA 13's Emmanuel Emenike came third with 23 per cent of the vote and FIFA 12's David Luiz came last with 13 per cent of the vote.

Poll C: David Luiz (FIFA 12), Emmanuel Emenike (FIFA 13), Seydou Doumbia (FIFA 15) and Victor Ibarbo (FIFA 14).

Welliton's FIFA 13 card went through to the final poll after holding off fierce competition from FIFA 12's Hatem Ben Arfa.

The Brazilian forward picked up 36 per cent of the vote, enough to see off second-placed Ben Arfa's 33 per cent.

FIFA 12's Nilmar came third with 21 per cent of the vote, while FIFA 13's Wallyson finished last with 11 per cent of the vote.

Poll D: Welliton (FIFA 13), Hatem Ben Arfa (FIFA 12), Wallyson (FIFA 13) and Nilmar (FIFA 12).

Doumbia was the clear favourite in SPORTbible's deciding poll, securing a whopping 53 per cent of the vote.
