AC Milan played a touching tribute to NBA Legend and lifelong Milan fan, Kobe Bryant after his tragic passing on Sunday at the age of 41. Kobe grew up in Italy and saw Milan as his favourite team.
Even though Kobe Bryant was primarily known as a Basketball legend and one of the greatest to ever lace it up, he also knew his football incredibly well.

Kobe Bean Bryant moved to Italy when he was six-years-old after his Father, Joe 'Jellybean' Bryant left the NBA to play in Italy and played for several teams in the Country such as Reggiana and Standa Reggio Calabria.
Kobe had to adapt to Italian life after spending seven years there. Including learn the language, Kobe also became a football fan, most notably a fan of the dominant AC Milan team led by Arrigo Sacchi.
With Kobe being a massive celebrity and lifelong fan for Milan, they did the right thing and released a beautiful tribute to Kobe and his Daughter, Gianna Maria Bryant who also passed in the Helicopter crash.

With their hashtag #SempreKobe (Sempre is Italian for 'always'), a presentation was made of numerous photos and clips of Kobe and his daughter GiGi together at Lakers games and Kobe in the Red and Black of AC.
The Milan fans also revealed a Banner saying: "Rest in Peace Kobe and Gianna, forever together". The banner was revealed in the 24th minute of the game.
The number 24 was Kobe's jersey number for his MVP season and two NBA Championship wins in 2009 and 2010.
