Famed UFC octagon girl Brittney Palmer has candidly revealed how a guy can land a date with her -- and shared what it takes to unlock the ‘key to her heart.’
The 34-year-old blonde American bombshell made her debut with Dana White’s promotion back in 2005 and has been a staple addition to the octagon girls.
Palmer, who has won Ringcard Girl of the Year multiple times at the World MMA Awards, insisted that a standout feature she looks out for is a sense of humour.

Speaking to MyMMANews reporter John Eric Poli, the UFC star said: “I love a sense of humour.
“I love someone who can get my jokes and to also tell me jokes. I really enjoy laughing and giggling and having banter.”
When she was probed more about a would-be date, Palmer was asked if height would be an important factor in her decision-making process.

The model and artist claimed that she is “only 5’5” and it wouldn’t take much for a man to be taller than her.

“It’s not the only thing, but it is… but I’m not very tall, so I’m only 5’5. So, you don’t really have to be much to be taller than me,” she told John Eric Poli’s YouTube channel.

Palmer, who is in a relationship with fellow artist Gregory Siff, went on to reveal that a first date would need to take place at a restaurant that has a “cool” vibe.
“On a first date, probably just like a really great restaurant with good wine and like a good atmosphere, with a cool -- you know what I mean -- like a cool vibe,” she explained.

“Nothing too fancy or stuffy, but you know something that’s thoughtful and just a good place [with] good cocktails.”
Palmer said her would-be date would need to show up in “nice clothing” and she’d prefer them to have abs rather than a dad bod.
“Abs,” she responded, before laughing: “I work with UFC, I mean of course!”

When asked by Poli what would be the “automatic key to Brittney Palmer’s heart,” the UFC stunner replied: “Oh, man, you know it’s really just about like your personality. That’s… all of that other stuff I’ve had it.

“You know, we’ve had all these flowers and chocolates and that they’re very sweet and the gesture is nice, but really just having like an endearing, kind soul is so important.
“You know, it just makes me want to be better and it’s very attractive -- I think most girls will agree.”
