Travis Wolford suffered an unfortunate fate when he suffered from explosive diarrhoea in the cage after attending a chilli night.

The incident occurred after tapping out to Daniel Cooper back in 2015 but it has lived on in infamy.

The video is below and be warned, it features some disgusting scenes.

The 36-year-old had actually soiled himself in the finish to the match and he rose to his feet with his bowel movement trickling down his leg.

Wolford tapped out after being beaten into submission by Cooper at a Ruckus In The Cage event in West Virginia.

The unfortunate incident can be pinpointed to the moment he tries to escape a guillotine choke.

Wolford must have wanted the ground to open up and swallow him whole.

He was even dubbed 'The Brown Bomber', for obvious reason, after the fight.

The issue was self inflicted as it was reported the fighter had attended a chilli festival before his fight with Cooper.

A rather unconventional way to spend your time before a fight.

Promoter Christopher Smith addressed the incident following post-match.

He said in a Facebook post per Daily Star:

"Everyone is still talking about it. Never seen anything this gross in my entire career of promoting fights but s*** happens and could happen to anyone.

"Daniel Cooper literally beat the crap out of 'The Brown Bomber' Travis Wolford.

"Before the fights started he went to Chili Night and ate some hot chili.

"During his bout he had a colossal explosion where chili beans and everything he ate landed all over the mat. Says he instantly lost 15 pounds."

It's not the only time a fighter has suffered this unfortunate fate in the ring.

UFC fighter Justine Kish was defeated by Felice Herrig at UFC Oklahoma City in 2017 and suffered a similar fate.

The 31-year-old escaped a choke hold and after doing so, fans noticed an odd stain on the mat.

Kish had a good sense of humour about it following the fight.

The embarrassment of soiling yourself in the cage surely can't be matched by anything in the world.
