West Ham United take on Leicester City under the London Stadium lights on Monday night

Fans will be blowing bubbles once again when West Ham United host Leicester City in front of a sold-out crowd on Monday night.

For the first time since the coronavirus break, the Hammers will play in front of a full capacity crowd at the London Stadium, with the Foxes ready to share the stage.

During stints of their Premier League opener against Newcastle United, David Moyes’ Irons looked worse for wear at times - and even trailed twice - before eventually fighting back in an impressive 4-2 triumph at St James’ Park.

Meanwhile, Brendan Rodgers’ Foxes edged out a 1-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers in their opener, with both sides now battling to keep their all important and unblemished 100 per cent record.

Ahead of the game, our tipster Robert Mann takes a look at some of the best bets from West Ham United vs Leicester City to get your teeth stuck into.

West Ham United vs Leicester City betting tips & predictions

West Ham United are 29/20 to win, with Leicester City priced at 7/4 to come away with the victory. A draw is priced at 5/2.

Prediction: 1-1 (11/2)

Draw and both teams to score: Yes (10/3)

Only a point separated these two sides last season, with Leicester finishing a place above West Ham in fifth - so expect this one to be a cagey affair.

On the face of it, the Foxes will prove as dangers opponents for the Hammers, however, it would come as no surprise to see this game end all square come the final whistle.

To score first: Michail Antonio (9/2)

Michail Antonio has embraced the challenge of being West Ham’s main man over the last couple of seasons.

Despite having a penalty saved in the 4-2 win at Newcastle, the 31-year-old still got on the score sheet - and we’re backing him to continue that form and draw first blood tonight.

To score anytime: Jamie Vardy (17/10)

In his past four meetings against the Hammers, Jamie Vardy has failed to find the back of the net, but after opening his account against Wolves last time out, we’re backing him to buck that trend tonight.

Interestingly, another goal for Vardy see him go level with Steven Gerrard on 120 Premier League goals - how’s that for a motive?

West Ham United team news

David Moyes will be thankful that the Hammers only have one player out with injury, as Arthur Masuaka remains on the sidelines, with Aaron Cresswell in line to start once more at left-back.

Lukeasz Fabianski is expected to keep his place in goal, despite signing on loan of Alphonse Areola from Paris Saint-Germain.

Leicester City team news

Brendan Rodgers has been given a big boost in the fact that James Maddison and Timothy Castagne are both available for tonight’s trip to the London Stadium.

Injury woes for the Foxes does remain, however, with Wesley Fofana, James Justin and Jonny Evans all still out injured, so Caglar Soyuncu and Jannik Vestergaard will start at the heart of the defence.
