Footballers bounce back from defeats in a variety of manners. Some can't wait for the next match to attempt to put a loss behind them, others don't talk to anyone for days, some write blogs and, if you're Dani Alves, you dress up as your girlfriend and record a video for your followers on social media.
We're not entirely sure what was going through the Barcelona right-back's mind when he decided that pretending to be his girlfriend, Joana Sanz would be a good idea, but his attempts to lift the spirits of Barca fans following their Champions League quarter-final exit to Atletico Madrid cannot have gone down well with the 'Blaugrana' fans.
In the video, Alves (or is that Sanz?) says:

"Hello it's Joana Sanz, I am here to give love to my sweetie, who is very sad.
"But love, it's just a game of football. Nothing happens. Life is like this.
"You are worth much more than this. I love you."
So, that's a perfectly normal response to a Champions League defeat, then.
