The 21-year-old Brazilian winger has been in dazzling form this season and scored 12 times and registered seven assists in 21 appearances.
Vinicius added to his goalscoring tally after he fired Madrid into the lead only minutes into the second half.
However, the Madrid star sent Oyarzabal into next week with a sublime skill move near the touchline.
Ferland Mendy played a pass to Vinicius, whose first touch immediately took the ball away from an onrushing Oyarzabal.

Luka Jovic doubled Madrid’s lead in the second half as Carlo Ancelotti’s men secured all three points at the Reale Arena.
Los Blancos are currently top of La Liga and hold a 10-point lead over defending champions Atletico Madrid, who were defeated 2-1 by Mallorca on Saturday.
Ancelotti has been impressed with Vinicius’ development and tipped him to become “one of the best in the world.”
Speaking after Madrid’s 2-1 win over Sevilla last month, he said: “What surprises me about Vinicius is the quality he has in scoring goals.
“His individual quality isn't a surprise, I knew he was strong in his dribbling, in one-one-ones, with his pace, but he's surprising everyone now with his capacity to score.”
Ancelotti added: “Vinicius today showed a quality that I don't think he's ever shown before.
“It's another step he takes to be one of the best in the world [...]. The important thing is he focused on being efficient. When the chance comes, you have to take it.”
Los Blancos will return to action on Tuesday when they welcome Inter Milan to the Santiago Bernabeu for their Champions League clash.
