The Chinese Super League continues to pick up steam following the potential signing of Real Madrid's Pepe on a mega contract, and they could also be about to welcome a Premier League star.

According to the Leicester Mercury, Leicester City frontman Islam Slimani is subject to a whopping £38.5 million bid from Tianjin Quanjan. And the Foxes have already identified Jackson Martinez as a replacement who plies his trade in China with Guangzhou.

The Algerian only joined the Premier League champions in the summer from Sporting Lisbon for a reported £28.5 million. And he's since compiled sixteen appearances in all competitions bagging six goals.

Though the 28-year-old has been in Gabon for the AFCON but is on his way back to the midlands after his side were eliminated from the group stages, despite his best efforts.

Silmani scored twice in their final game yet Senegal drew level on both occasions but the game will be remembered for this piece of brilliance from keeper Khadim N'Diaye.
