Portuguese side Sporting are still feeling the affects of ultras breaking into their training ground last month and attacking a player as three more players have asked to have their contracts terminated.
Football fans can get very angry and whilst the anonymous trolls on social media can be annoying and hurtful it's still a lot safer than the very real problem that Sporting players had to deal with when they were attacked by 50 fans at their training ground.
Dutch striker Bas Dost was attacked by the masked assailants early in May with other players and manager Jorge Jesus also targeted:
After the season finished manager Jorge Jesus quit the club with captain and goalkeeper Rui Patricio and youngster Daniel Podence also terminating their contracts in the aftermath.

They have now been joined by three more senior players with William Carvalho, Gelson Martins and Bruno Fernandes all telling the club they will be terminating their contracts, as per Record.
The three players are all currently with Portugal for the World Cup and by terminating their contracts would be available for free moves, meaning Sporting would miss out on a lot of money.
Carvalho especially could be a very wanted man. He's long been linked with a move to the Premier League, first for the likes of Manchester United and Arsenal and latterly with West Ham and Everton.

He's worked with new Toffees boss Marco Silva before and they could be reunited at Goodison Park.
Sporting president Bruno de Carvalho did offer some hope for fans that the players could come back saying, "If the players who have terminated the contract write down a letter to Sporting saying that they will come back to the club if the President and the rest of the Management Staff resign, we will resign immediately," but it still seems unlikely in the current climate.
Benfica's president has also threatened to sign the players which will cause huge annoyance with Sporting fans, although maybe they shouldn't have attacked the players then.
