A host of clubs are monitoring the situation of Serge Aurier, and the Paris Saint-Germain defender has dropped a huge hint on social media on the club he wants to join.

The Ivorian international has been subject to intense transfer speculation since the market opened. He's been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League and Serie A.

Chelsea, Manchester United and Spurs have all expressed an interest. As well as the trio of English clubs, Inter Milan and Juventus are also reportedly in the running to acquire his services.

Aurier is believed to have agreed personal terms with a few sides but it appears the player has his heart set on a move to the England. And in particular Spurs.

A Spurs fan has created a picture of transfer targets in the lily-white shirt. From Everton's Ross Barkley to Lazio's Keita Baldé Diao.

Not to mention Aurier. He's come across the Instagram post, and given it a 'like'.

If the 24-year-old does complete his switch to Spurs, it'll be the clubs second summer signing following the first bit of business. Finally.

Mauricio Pochettino has signed Ajax's highly-rated defender Davinson Sanchez from Ajax for a club record £42 million subject to a medical and a work permit.

The Colombian defender who was attracting interest from both Barcelona and Inter Milan has agreed a six-year deal with Spurs.

Could Pochettino be on the verge of sealing another deal for a defender?

Following the £50 million sale of Kyle Walker to Manchester City as well as Kieran Tripper's injury, the club are in need of strengthening the right-back position with Aurier being an ideal option.

Spurs handed Kyle Walker-Peters a start in the opening game of the Premier League against Newcastle, though he'll be seeking reinforcements ahead of the window shutting.

Meanwhile, 'Poch's' charges take on Chelsea this afternoon.
