The huge game at the top of the Championship between Brighton and Newcastle produced one of the craziest goals you'll see all season.

Prior to kick-off, Brighton were one point ahead of Newcastle as they had the chance to extend their lead at the summit of the league.

While Rafa Benitez's side had the opportunity to reclaim top spot.

Glenn Murray opened the scoring for the hosts, converting his spot-kick in the 14th minute. But Newcastle equalized in bizarre fashion courtesy of Mo Diame.

From a corner-kick, the ball found it's way to Christian Atsu who horribly skewed his shot from the edge of the box but perfectly found Diame who knew so little yet mustered up a fine finish.

Diame made good connection with the ball as it found it's way over David Stockdale eventually finding the top corner.

Substitute Ayoze Perez then grabbed the late winner sending the mass following back to Tyneside extremely happy.
