If there's one thing we all love it's the smallest possible hint that a transfer is imminent. However instead of the word of a taxi driver who saw a player at an airport this one seems pretty obvious.
The crazy world of transfers is a lot of fun. Whether it's a player liking a tweet or someone apparently seeing a player on his way to a ground there's a lot of 'triggers' for a story.

And in this world of social media it's even more likely that not only will there be a trigger but also someone will pick up on it.
So clubs have to know that when they pull a couple of players out of their kit launch for the next season that we're all going to notice.

Real Madrid had their kit launch for next season and Zinedine Zidane and Florentino Perez must have known what they were doing when they left out two players heavily linked with leaving the club.
Manchester United target Alvaro Morata and the man being offered everywhere, James Rodriguez, were missing from the photo shoot.

Los Blancos have kits made by Adidas and their athletes Gareth Bale, Marcelo, Toni Kroos, Sergio Ramos, Karim Benzema, Zinedine Zidane and Nacho were all at the shoot.
However striker Morata and midfielder Rodriguez were missing despite their association with the clothes brand.

Morata looks certain to move to Old Trafford with rumours that he could join very shortly for around £60 million.
Rodriguez looks destined to move away from the Bernabeu but no one seems desperate to sign him and the Colombian is being linked with pretty much everyone.
Neither men will be at Real next season surely.
