Real Madrid are on course to reach the Champions League final in Cardiff, Wales, as well as being in the race for the La Liga title. Despite that, the club plan on recruiting top talent in the summer.

And if legendary left-back Roberto Carlos has his way, a certain Premier League superstar will be plying his trade at the Bernabeu next season.

'Zizou's' charges remain in the hunt for the league title, behind Barcelona but level on points with a game in hand.

Not to mention being in a commanding position to retain the Champions League title following their 3-nil victory against cross-town rivals Atletico, which included another masterclass from Cristiano Ronaldo who netted a superb hat-trick.

But even though Real could potentially bag an impressive double, they intend to splash the cash once the transfer window reopens in the summer.

They've already been heavily linked with Chelsea duo Thibaut Courtois and Eden Hazard, as well as appearing to be on the verge of signing Manchester United's David De Gea.

While they've reportedly set their cross-hairs on the Premier League, the Brazilian is also desperate for his former club to sign Spurs' Dele Alli.

The England midfielder has enjoyed a brilliant season under Mauricio Pochettino as he's helped guide his side to second in the league while claiming the PFA Young Player of the Year gong.

Carlos is clearly a big fan of Alli who confessed he's a brilliant player. "He's a brilliant player. I love him, I've seen him play some great games in England." He said via Eurosport.

"Of course, it's not up to me - transfers will, of course, be decided by the president."

While giving the 21-year-old the Real Madrid seal of approval. "But, we definitely could sign him. He is undoubtedly good enough for Real Madrid."

Though if Real Madrid, or any club for that matter, want to prize Alli away from Spurs, they'll likely have to fork out a shitload of cash.

We're talking a transfer fee which could rival Gareth Bale's £80 million or even more.
