Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly set to sign Sevilla midfield star Grzegorz Krychowiak.

The Polish international has had a brilliant Euro's highlighting his industrious work in the middle of the park as Poland were ultimately defeated by Portugal, eventually losing out on penalties.

Spanish newspaper Marca are reporting that the 26-year-old will sign with the French champions following a successful £22 million bid, despite having a £38 million release clause. PSG have won the race to his signature after reported interest from Manchester United, who are nearing the completion of Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

PSG recently hired former Sevilla boss Unai Emery replacing Laurent Blanc, who had been in the hot-seat since 2013 winning the domestic league title three years in a row yet failed to make huge inroads in the Champions League.

With Emery, three-time winners of the Europa League, now at the helm they'll be hoping he can translate his European success from Sevilla to the Paris-based club.

Krychowiak becomes the second player to the join 'The Parisians' following the acquisition of former Prem star Hatem Ben Arfa.
