Tottenham have agreed a club-record fee for a world-class striker amid intense Harry Kane transfer speculation.
Kane has been linked with a mega move away from Spurs, with reports suggesting a switch to Manchester City could be on the cards this summer.

His future continues to dominant the transfer rumour mill ahead of the new Premier League season, which gets underway next week.
But Spurs are hellbent on keeping their star man and have even agreed a £60 million fee for Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez.
That's according to The Times, who claim that the Argentine would play alongside Kane - with the club maintaining that he will NOT be sold.
There are assumed to be hefty add-ons in the fee for Martinez as the Italian giants have valued him at around £76.8 million.

Spurs, though, have agreed a fee and, in the process, have fended off competition from cross-town rivals Arsenal, who were also interested in signing Martinez.
The 23-year-old has starred for Inter since signing for them in 2018.
He scored 17 Serie A goals last season as his side won the league title.

Kane, meanwhile, recently broke his silence on his situation with reports claiming he missed training.
In a statement he posted on Twitter, he said: "It's almost 10 years since I made my Spurs debut. For every one of those years, you - the fans - have shown me total love and support.
"That's why it hurts to read some of the comments this week, questioning my professionalism.

"While I won't go into the specifics of the situation, I want to clarify that I would never, and have never, refused to train. I will be returning to the club tomorrow, as planned.
"I wouldn't do anything to jeopardise the relationship with the fans who have given me such unwavering support during my time with the club.
"This has always been the case as it is today. Harry."
Where will Kane ply his trade for the upcoming campaign? Let us know.
