Sergio Aguero Is In 'Advanced Negotiations' To Complete Move Away From Man City

Sergio Aguero is reportedly in 'advanced negotiations' to complete a transfer ahead of the expiration of his Manchester City contract.

Aguero, 32, will leave the Etihad at the end of the season with the star forward linked with a host of clubs around Europe.

Chelsea, Tottenham, Leeds and Juventus are thought to be interested in landing the Argentine in June when his City deal is officially up.

But it appears Barcelona are leading the race to sign Aguero with Spanish reports claiming he is in talks with a move to the Catalan giants.

El Chiringuito say Aguero's agent is in Barcelona for discussions ahead of his client securing a switch.

He could forge a partnership with international teammate Lionel Messi - that's, of course, if he decides to stay at the club beyond his current deal which expires in the summer.

Aguero has spent nearly 10 years in England following his move from Atletico Madrid in 2011.

Though he's only played 15 games in all competitions this season in an injury-hit campaign.
