Neymar's Agent Confirms Interest In Player

Surely he won't leave.

With the Euros in full flow and full of drama, if not quite of the quality we'd be hoping for, transfer rumours take a bit of a back seat at the moment. However there's still room for some big news and Neymar's agent is whetting the appetite for a summer of silly stories.

Stories about Brazil's captain moving away from the Camp Nou just won't go away after last summer's ridiculous story about Ed Woodward's multiple attempts to sign the Barcelona forward. Surprisingly that move never materialised, thankfully for the player who'd have ended up playing centre mid under LvG pretty quick.

However even after finishing third in the Ballon d'Or and winning a league and cup double with Barcelona whilst having a jolly old time with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez as part of the infamous MSN there's still rumours that the 24 year-old will leave Barca and his agent reckons three teams are ready to pay a world record fee for him:

"Today there are three big clubs in the world who want to sign Neymar and pay 200m clause to FC Barcelona."

"I can not say anything else, because it is a sensitive subject."

Along with United the other two sides who have been strongly linked with moves for the former Santos forward are PSG and Barcelona's fierce rivals Real Madrid both of whom could afford the player's 200m release clause.

With the Old Trafford club not in the Champions League next season that move seems unlikely whilst PSG in the French league isn't much of a challenge and Real is surely not going to happen. The player is currently in talks for a new deal at the Camp Nou and a cynic might suggest it's a negotiating tactic...
