Keane, of course, is a graduate of United's youth academy but made just a solitary Premier League appearance before being moved onto Turf Moor in 2015, where he has thrived under the stewardship of Sean Dyche, breaking into the England set up this season after an impressive start to the 2016/17 campaign.

The 23-year-old has been an ever present in the Clarets' first team, this season and has also been linked with a move to Chelsea. It is believed the Burnley board would demand a fee in the region of £20-£25m for the former United starlet, who would become the second youth prospect to return to the club this term after Paul Pogba arrived for a world record breaking £89m in August.
