Just when Liverpool thought they'd seen the back of bids for Philippe Coutinho, having managed to keep the Brazilian from the clutches of Barcelona over the summer, another European giant have entered the race for the former Inter playmaker.

Coutinho was the subject of several big money bids from Barca during the summer transfer window, as conflicting reports emerged on almost a daily basis regarding the attacking midfielder's future.

Eventually, the 25-year-old ended up remaining at Anfield and has recently returned to Jurgen Klopp's first team, scoring three goals in six appearances, this season.

But Barcelona are no longer the only interested party in the Coutinho transfer saga.

Paris Saint-Germain, who seem to be on course to spend the debt of the third world on crafting an entirely new team, are now being linked with the Brazil international.

Spanish newspaper SPORT are reporting that Coutinho's Brazilian international teammate Neymar, who joined the club from the French capital in a world record breaking deal, this summer, has asked the club's chiefs to deliver the Liverpool playmaker to the Parc des Princes, next season.

Given that PSG already have a strong Brazilian contingent, including the aforementioned Neymar as well as Dani Alves, Thiago Silva, Lucas Moura and Marquinhos, Coutinho could be convinced to move to the French capital instead of Catalonia.

PSG spent a combined £350 million on bringing Neymar and Monaco wonderkid Kylian Mbappe to the club, this summer and can clearly afford to spend even more on convincing Liverpool to part with their little Brazilian magician.

Where do you see Coutinho ending up? Will he stay at Liverpool or move on next summer?
