Juventus are preparing an audacious summer bid for Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos.

According to reports in Italy via AS, Juventus are set to take advantage of the imminent arrival of Jose Mourinho to Real Madrid by snapping up Ramos.

The Spanish defender has reportedly threatened to leave the club if Mourinho is appointed as Real Madrid manager.

Reports claim he'll push for a move in the summer when he'll have one year left to run on his current deal.

Ramos fought with Mourinho during his first managerial stint at Real Madrid between 2010-2013.

He's not the only player Juventus are keeping tabs on. The Serie A giants have apparently struck a deal with Marcelo over a four-year contract worth €12 million euros (£10 million) a season.

A move to Turin would see Marcelo link up with former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo, who he formed a special relationship with during their nine years together at the Santiago Bernabeu.

In fact, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner trusted Marcelo enough to tell him a secret ahead of last season's Champions League final against Liverpool.

Ronaldo told Real Madrid's No.12 about his future plans, specifically that he would be heading to Italy.

"Damn, we were training for the final and he told me: 'I'm leaving,'" Marcelo said.

"I realise that I have lied to you about this before, but that is because I had to.

"Juventus move? They are a great club, but I have a contract with Real Madrid."
