Turan initially struggled at the Camp Nou, but the former Atletico Madrid playmaker has come to life, this term, scoring 11 goals, more than Neymar. It is believed that Evergrande, managed by World Cup winning coach Luiz Felipe Scolari, are unlikely to be deterred by their previously unsuccessful attempt to Lure Turan away from Catalonia and will make another bid in January.
Evergrande's current star player is Hulk, who moved to the Super League champions in a record breaking deal earlier this year. The Brazilian may just have some top class company in a couple of weeks time.
