Arsenal Name Price For Alexis Sanchez Amid January Speculation

Arsenal have reportedly named their name price for Alexis Sanchez who's contract expires at the end of the season, and subject to intense transfer speculation with the window reopening.

The Chilean ace continues to be heavily linked with a move away from North London. The likes of Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain have been muted to sign him.

Though, if reports are to be believed, it appears a transfer to fellow Premier League side Manchester City is on the cards.

Pep Guardiola is hellbent on reuniting with one of his former Barcelona players following their stint together at the Camp Nou.

He was unsuccessful in the summer window. But will he try his hand in the January market?

Well, if so, City will have to table a £35 million offer for Sanchez, with Arsenal willing to listen to a bid in that region, per Daily Mail.

The Gunners rejected £60 million from City in the summer, with the club growing fears he could leave for free once the 2017/18 season is wrapped up.

Since remaining at the Emirates, Sanchez has weighed in with six goals in all competitions this campaign while becoming a vital part in Wenger's set-up.

He's not the only player dominating the rumour mills. Mesut Ozil and Jack Wilshere are also nearing the end of their current Arsenal deals.

Meanwhile, the Arsenal faithfuls can expect a busy window with Wenger prepared to do business both ways.

"Yes, because first of all you have clubs that call you to get players on loan or to buy your players," he said via Metro.

"And as well I'm open-minded to any possibility to strengthen our team," Wenger added.
