And it appears the club are prepared to offer a deal to Torres, hoping he can help them climb up the league per reports from Spanish outlet Marca.

It's suggested that Sagan Tosu will table a believed 4 million euros per season, while replacing current oversee star Victor Ibarbo.

Torres is set to leave Atletico Madrid in the summer following his second permanent stint with his boyhood club, with the 34-year-old not short of options.

As well as Sagan Tosu, Chinese Super League sides are also weighing up offers for Torres. The likes of Beijing Renhe will be hoping to tempt him to China by offering ridiculous wage packages.

Not to mention Rangers.

His former Liverpool teammate was officially announced as Rangers manager, could Torres return to the U.K by heading to the Scottish Premier League while reuniting with Gerrard?
