Manchester United have changed their target from Juventus if the Old Lady decide to make another bid for Paul Pogba, having had their first attempt to re-sign him turned down in the summer.
For as long as Jose Mourinho is at Manchester United you can't help but feel that at some point the Frenchman will leave Old Trafford and even if Mourinho goes there's no guarantee the midfielder will stay.
Pogba's return to United was met with a lot of fanfare but in the years since he has not lived up to the billing for the Red Devils often enough, despite starring for France at the World Cup.
In recent weeks the former Juventus midfielder has been out of the United starting line up, other than away against Valencia in a much changed side, after a run of bad form.

As well as his form there has been numerous fallings out with manager Jose Mourinho and it certainly feels like both will struggle to co-exist in the medium to long term.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio Juve tried to re-sign their former player in the summer but it was too late and United would only do the deal if Miralem Pjanic was part of the deal.
Now though United have changed their mind on the player they want in return. According to TuttoMercatoWeb, via the Mirror, the Premier League side have their eyes on Alex Sandro.
The left back has been linked with both United and Chelsea in the past but if the Old Lady are serious about a move for Pogba then the Brazilian could be on his way in the opposite direction.

Last month the full back said, "I think one day, who knows what will happen? I have a desire to play in the Premier League."
Pogba has more regularly been linked with a move to Barcelona rather than Juventus and whoever does sign him is likely to have to spend big.
It'll be interesting to see if the 25 year old returns to a Premier League starting line up against Liverpool on Sunday's big game against Liverpool.
