Real Madrid are reportedly plotting a summer bid for Harry Kane, and the Spurs striker has refused to rule out a transfer to the La Liga champions.

Zinedine Zidane currently has Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema at his disposal with Borja Mayoral emerging as another option up front.

Though president Florentino Perez is set to splash the cash in the summer transfer market in hopes to securing a new Galactico.

And it appears he's identified Kane. Spanish outlet Don Balon claim Real Madrid will table a £177 million bid for the England international.

The report suggests that Real Madrid won't be deterred by the whopping price tag, and are willing to table a massive offer to lure him to the iconic Santiago Bernabeu.

His arrival could spell the end of Benzema who's been under intense scrutiny after a blip in recent form, despite penning a new contract last month.

Meanwhile, Kane has hit the ground running with goals in the Premier League and Champions League. Though he averts his attention to the international scene, and will captain his national side during the World Cup qualifiers this week.

While England face two crunch games, Kane was probed about a potential move to Spain's top flight.

"I would never say no or yes. You'd not rule out anything," Kane said via The Independent.

"I think in football, you never know and you never rule out anything. It is not something that I definitely want to do but it could happen. You just never know.

Kane added: "Like you said, at the moment, I am very happy where I am here - that is all that matters. We will see what happens, but for now that is all I am focusing on."

The 24-year-old will lead England out when they host Slovenia at Wembley Stadium, tonight.
