Everton have already heavily reinforced their side ahead the upcoming Premier League campaign, and it appears the club are not done yet.
Ronald Koeman has shelled out a shitload of cash on snapping up the likes of Micheal Keane, Jordan Pickford, Davy Klaasen, Wayne Rooney and Sandro Ramirez, to name but a few.
He's poached some of the finest English talent while drafting in others from abroad. And the Dutch boss remains hellbent on continuing his summer splurge as he seeks to strengthen his squad.

While the club monitor Arsenal's Olivier Giroud and Swansea's Gylfi Sigurdsson, reports suggest Koeman is now plotting a loan offer for Spurs' Moussa Sissoko.

According to renown French outlet L'Equipe via Le 10 Sport, Spurs are prepared to offload the Frenchman with Everton keen on bringing him in but on a loan deal.

But Mauricio Pochettino is holding out for a permanent deal after forking out £30 million for him back in August 2016. Needless to say, the club are hoping to recoup some of the money spent on him.

The 27-year-old came very close to signing for Everton, though made a last minute u-turn and eventually signed for Spurs on deadline day.
Though he's endured a somewhat miserable spell at White Hart Lane. He started just eight league games last season and failed to break into Pochettino's fold.

As well as Everton's reported loan offer, Ligue 1 Lyon are also keeping tabs on the midfielder in view to bringing him back to France where he started his professional career.
Everton's pursuit for a midfielder remains rampant not to mention Ross Barkley heavily linked with a move in the opposite direction. Spurs and Manchester United are believed to be monitoring his situation.
