The former Stoke City striker could be on his way to the Champions League winners, after leaving the runners up this summer.

Everyone needs to get themselves Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting's agent!

The former Stoke City striker shocked most people when he swapped the bet365 Stadium for PSG's Parc des Princes after scoring only five goals in the Potters relegation season.

He spent two years in Paris, mainly as back up to the likes of Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani, but he did score the goal that took them through to the Champions League semi-final back in August.

His deal expired at the end of August, after the final defeat to Bayern Munich, and talks for him to sign a new deal ended a few weeks ago.

Now, according to French outlet Telefoot, the 31-year-old is set to upgrade from the Champions League runners up to the winners and sign for Bayern.

His career has taken him from a decent lower-mid table striker in the Bundesliga, where his best return was 10 goals in a season for Mainz, to being relegated with Stoke, to the richest club in the world and now to the all conquering Bayern side currently going for their ninth title in-a-row, it's impressive work.

Bayern have already added Leroy Sane to their attacking ranks this summer but Hansi Flick has wanted to add more depth to his squad.

Sane's current injury has added to that need and Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi has once again become a target for the German champions.

Choupo-Moting's last two moves are two of the most surprising transfers in the last couple of years, we can only hope after his stint at the Allianz Stadium he moves to Real Madrid.
