Eden Hazard's younger brother, Thorgan, is subject to plenty of interest from the Premier League.

Thorgan is currently plying his trade in Germany with Borussia Monchengladbach after securing a permanent deal following a successful loan stint.

Just like his bro, Eden, he was at Chelsea though was unable to break into the starting XI, prompting a move away from Stamford Bridge.

In fact, he didn't play a single game while the club also missed the chance to trigger a shrewd buy-back clause, though passed up the option which expired before the January transfer window.

But since moving to the Bundesliga, Thorgan has been attracting plenty of attention after churning out impressive performances domestically and in Europe.

So much so that Arsenal and Everton are keeping a close eye on the budding talent as they weigh up a move for the attacking midfielder.

According to reports from Mercato, both Premier League sides are mulling over a £15.5 million transfer.

Ronald Koeman views the player as a potential replacement for Ross Barkley who continues to be under mounting speculation about his future.

Whereas Arsenal are in need of bolstering their side ahead of next season after missing out on Champions League football.

The 24-year-old's contract with Gladbach does not expire until 2019, yet it's believed that he's keen on another attempt at trying to make his mark in England's top flight.

It's not the first time Thorgan has been on the transfer radar for several sides.

Earlier in the campaign, he addressed the rampant speculation by saying.

"For the moment, I feel good here. The Bundesliga is a good championship and for now, I want to stay here."

Alerting clubs in England in the process,"In the future maybe I will be in England."

While talking up a potential swansong in his native Belgium, "I hope I can end my career in Belgium, but at the moment I don't think about the end of my career."
