Roll back the years because Rafa Benitez is considering a move for his former player Peter Crouch.
The Newcastle United manager, who has agreed to stay at the championship club, signed Crouch for Liverpool back in 2005 from Southampton and is now plotting a reunion.
Benitez already has five signings done this summer, with Matz Sels, Jesus Gamez, Isaac Hayden, Matt Ritchie and Dwight Gayle all heading to St James' Park. But could Crouch be the next to sign?

Crouch has struggled to nail down a place in the starting XI at Stoke City and could take the opportunity of first team football under his former manager.
