Chelsea Willing To Offer Andrea Christensen As Part Of Move For Transfer Target
Chelsea are ready to lose defender Andrea Christensen in the January transfer window as Maurizio Sarri tries to build his own team at Stamford Bridge and continue their challenge on the Premier League title.
Before the season started Manchester City and Liverpool were expected to be battling for the Premier League title whilst Chelsea weren't really on too many people's radars, especially with the future of Antonio Conte still up in the air.
The Italian was eventually sacked, as the team returned from their summer break, and he was quickly replaced by fellow countryman Maurizio Sarri.
Life in the Premier League has started well for the former Napoli manager with the Blues undefeated after 12 games. The only problem for them being that both City and Liverpool are still undefeated too.
But Sarri isn't ready to rest on his laurels and is planning on improving his side in January and is willing to swap one of his current players as part of the shakeup.
According to Italian paper Calciomercato, via the Express, Chelsea want Roma midfielder Cengiz Under and are willing to offer £31 million plus defender Andrea Christensen to sign the Turkish player.

Under plays on the right and behind the striker for Roma and would give Chelsea another attacking options, something that Sarri will be keen on adding to.
The Turk joined the Italian capital side last season and this term has started just eight games in Serie A but is an important member of the squad.
Chelsea aren't the only ones who want the former Basaksehir player with Arsenal also linked with a move for the player in the past.
Danish defender Christensen is only 22 and has been highly regarded in west London. He played 27 times in the league last season but under Sarri has so far failed to appear in the Premier League.
The Blues are pretty reliant on Eden Hazard at the moment, with the Beligan bagging seven goals, but they are still the second top scorers in the league.
Under would add to their attacking options and with Christensen not seemingly needed by Sarri it would certainly make sense.
