Chelsea Now Interested In Burnley's Ashley Barnes

Seriously, what the hell is going on?! As if Andy Carroll, Peter Crouch and Islam Slimani weren't enough to handle Chelsea are now showing interest in signing Burnley's Ashley Barnes, according to Sky Sports.

I must have woken up in an alternate dimension. Chelsea used to sign Andriy Shevchenko, Hernan Crespo, Fernando Torres and Didier Drogba. In fact it's only a few months ago they signed Alvaro Morata.

Now the checklist for signing for being on Chelsea's shopping list seems to be; Played in the Premier League, over 6ft tall, not from a top six side, has scored a goal at some point.

Somebody get Bobby Zamora on the phone!

What is so bad about Michy Batshuayi that he is less desirable an option for Antonio Conte than Ashley Barnes who has started just eight Premier League games for Burnley this season, bagging three goals in 15 appearances in total.

Can I go home yet? I understood that world more than I understand this one.
