Chelsea are attempting to get Callum Hudson-Odoi to commit his future to the club with a new contract reportedly on offer. If the young Englishman does sign it he'll become the sport's second best paid teenager.
At 18 years of age many people are looking through university prospecti to prepare to go to uni, put themselves in a lot of debt and have the time of their lives. Callum Hudson-Odoi is also also kind of looking through prospecti, just ones of different football teams.
The Chelsea winger is in high demand with Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Manchester United and Liverpool all reportedly vying for his services, of course the Blues also want to keep him.

Hudson-Odoi's lack of starts, even with Maurizio Sarri's side out of form, seems to have led to the teenager wanting to leave Stamford Bridge.
The club are determined to keep hold of him and, according to the Evening Standard, they are willing to put an offer on the table of £100,000 a week in order to change his mind.
That offer would put him only behind Real Madrid's Vinicius Junior as the top earning teenager in world football, according to the Sun.

8. Reiss Nelson - £30,000 per week
9. Moise Kean - £27,500 per week
10. Justin Kluivert - £25,000 per week
Hudson-Odoi rejected an offer from the club at £80k-a-week earlier in the season, that also would have taken him to second on the list.

The England international has now made his first start for Gareth Southgate's team before making a Premier League start for the Blues, unless there's more game time soon in the league it won't matter how much his current team offer him.
Chelsea wouldn't want to sell Hudson-Odoi at the best of times but they still face a transfer ban this summer and wouldn't be able to replace him, or Eden Hazard who is more likely to leave.
For some about to go to university £100k for the year would more than cover their tuition but it might not be enough to make Hudson-Odoi stay in west London.
