Leicester City have already snapped up Harry Maguire from Hull City for a reported £17 million, and the Foxes are set to complete another transfer worth £15 million.
The 24-year-old English defender signed a five-year contract, and it appears the club are on the verge of sealing their second summer recruit.

Leicester have agreed a deal with Sevilla for Vicente Iborra. The Spanish midfielder has held initial talks with the club and is due in England to undergo his medical.
The La Liga outfit confirmed that they reached an agreement by releasing an official statement.
"Sevilla FC and Lecester City FC have reached an agreement for the transfer of Vicente Iborra."

The player will also return to the club once the deal is finalised for a final farewell. Class touch.
"Once the operation concludes, he will return to Seville to publicly bid farewell to the fans," the statement reads.

Manager Craig Shakespeare was interested in the 29-year-old following the meetings with Sevilla in the Champions League, last season.
Shakespeare's charges knocked out Sevilla during their European excursions though he was impressed of the performances churned out by the skipper.

Leicester have beaten off competition from fellow Premier League side West Brom as well as Championship side Sunderland. The pair of clubs had been keeping tabs on the player, though a transfer to the King Power is edging closer.
Iborra has a wealth of experience in Europe. He's won three Europa League titles during his four years at the club.
Following Sevilla re-signing Ever Banega from Inter Milan, the club have allowed Iborra to leave the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium.
