Two of AC Milan's biggest summer signings could be set to move on in January after failing to impress.
The Rossoneri spent big bucks in the summer and many tipped them to seriously challenge Juventus for the Scudetto. However the squad overhaul hasn't worked out, with Vincenzo Montella getting the boot after underperforming as well as the club failing to comply with UEFA Financial Fair Play rules.
Roughly £176.2m was splashed out by the club's Chinese investors on new players in the summer, and there's talk that after six months, two of the most expensive, Hakan Calhanoglu and Andre Silva could be loaned out.

Having arrived from Bayer Leverkusen for a fee of €22 million, the capture of Turkey international Calhanoglu looked like a great piece of business from Milan.

However, the 23-year old hasn't got going as of yet, struggling with injuries and form - managing four assists and two goals in 1056 minutes of football.

Portugal international Silva is seen as one of the most promising attacking prospects in world football and made a €38 million switch to the San Siro in the summer.
In the Europa League, the former Porto man has bagged eight goals in ten games but has yet to find the net in Serie A.

And according to La Stampa, via Football Italia, in order to raise funds, Milan's plan is to loan the pair out when the January transfer window opens next month and hope that their form improves to the point where they can then command a sizeable fee when the summer window rolls around.
Would that be a wise move on Milan's part or not?
