Gareth Southgate fielded an interesting starting XI, as well as operating a 3-5-2 formation, which included a few surprises in the 'friendly' international against Germany last night.
From WBA's Jake Livermore in the middle of the park while sporting the No.7 shirt to Michael Keane making his first England start. But the Burnley defender produced an excellent performance.

Keane has consistently churned out impressive displays for Burnley this season which has alerted the Premier League big boys with Antonio Conte reportedly interested.
Despite making his first England start, the 24-year-old defender was steady at the back and has given the new England boss food for thought.
