Neymar was having the time of his life today as PSG blitzed Bordeaux 6-2 at the Parc des Princes.

The world's most expensive player bagged a brace and assist in the rout, taking his tally to eight in PSG colours.

With no problem expressing himself whatsoever, terrorised the opposition throughout and produced Brazilian produced a glorious touch to take the bull out of the sky in the second half.

The skill has become something of a signature move for the Brazilian and he pulled it out the big in the second half to bring down a cross-field pass from Marquinhos.

The 25-year old just took seven minutes to make his mark on the game, doing so in stunning fashion.

The £198 million man was afforded the opportunity to take a set-piece from range in the Ligue One clash and promptly delivered a ridiculous 35-yard free-kick that flew into the top bins. He's some distance from goal, yet he casually wallops it into the back of the net, with the goalkeeper never, ever stopping it.

Not resting on his laurels, Neymar would then set up Cavani to bag the second goal of the game, before right-back Thomas Meunier added a third as it began to rain goals in Paris. Bordeaux pulled one back through Younousse Sankharé.

And then the Parisiens were awarded a penalty. With fans eager to see what would happen between Neymar and Cavani, there was no drama this time as the former stepped up and rolled it in for his eighth goal in PSG colours.

But Unai Emery's side were seriously in the mood and had one more goal to score in the opening 45 minutes. Julian Draxler got in the act to make it 5-1 before the half-time whistle had even blown, the German firing in a sublime left-footed volley after being played through by Kylian Mbappe.

The goals dried up in the second half but there was time for Mbappe to continue his splendid start to life at his boyhood club by getting on the scoresheet.

PSG are looking seriously deadly at the moment and are looking like your best bet to go all the way in the Champions League.
