Nemanja Vidic rolled back the years this afternoon to show fans he still has that ability to win just about any header inside the penalty area, as he score Manchester United's opener in Michael Carrick's testimonial match.
The veteran midfielder was honoured at Old Trafford after more than a decade at the Red Devils, with a United side from 2008's Champions League winners facing off against an All Stars side including the likes of Michael Owen, John Terry and Clarence Seedorf.
Gaizka Mendieta fired the All Stars ahead early in the first-half, but it wasn't too long before Vidic was on-hand to rescue things.

He was such a brilliant player in his day and it's still brilliant to see him looking healthy and fit enough to influence games like this.

Goes without saying that Manchester United fans absolutely loved it.
Even in retirement, nobody can beat Vidić in the air. What a player.
