Word of warning: If you're thinking of taking the piss out Zenit St. Petersburg, think again because the Russian giants' social media game is savage and they will not hesitate in replying to any criticism, no matter who dishes it out.

When The Daily Mail decided to run with a feature on the 10 worst club crests in football, Zenit were included, with author Joe Strange remarking that "The current crest has lost that detail and the circular shape, leaving simply the club's name written in the Russian alphabet. Not really a badge, is it?"

Needless to say, the five time Soviet/Russian champions and 2008 UEFA Cup winners were less than impressed with the newspaper's opinion of their club badge, and decided to hit back:

The next step is Zenit send Hulk round to the Mail's offices for a 'quiet word'.
