Chelsea are the champions of England for the sixth time in their history following.

The Blues wrapped up title number six (five of which have come during the Premier League era) following their 1-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns, tonight.

Antonio Conte's men have dominated the Premier League for most of the season, with an incredible 13 game winning streak between October and January cementing their place at the summit, where they have been unable to be budged, despite Tottenham's best efforts in the second half of the campaign.

And tonight, despite an incredibly tough game against West Brom, Chelsea got over the line when Michy Batshuayi , on as a substitute, tapped home from Cesar Azpilicueta's cross from the right.

The Belgian striker has had to play second fiddle to Diego Costa for large parts of the hero but proved to be the hero tonight when he stepped up to the mark eight minutes from time.

And the former Marseille man, who is always good value on Twitter, was on fire with his post-match Tweets.

First he had this brilliant message to Chelsea supporters after his heroics:

Then he called for EA SPORTS to give him a new in-form FIFA Ultimate Team card:

Before dishing out the mandatory "There is no need to be upset" meme:

And he signed it all off with a response to EA Sports after they told him they "were watching":

Batshuayi has a habit of producing the goods on social media but he's well and truly struck gold tonight.

Bossing it on the pitch, and bossing it on social media. Well played, Michy!
