Cristiano Ronaldo might be getting close to his mid thirties but if his physical form is anything to go by the Juventus striker won't be hanging up his boots anytime soon.
The 34-year-old is well known for how hard he works and taking off his shirt to show off the results of his work in the gym and he's taken to Instagram to post a picture of him looking in incredible shape.
With a dumbell in hand he posted with a simple caption, 'morning workout,' and he's certainly not joined January's rush to the gym, he's been there a while:
The five time Ballon d'Or winner has been with the Old Lady for about 18 months, since moving from Real Madrid, and when he had his medical in Italy he was compared to a 20-year-old.

According to reports at the time Ronaldo had 7% body fat and an incredible 50% muscle mass, which is far superior to most players in his age range.
At the time the average body fat for a La Liga player was 10% and muscle mass was 40% and the former Sporting winger blows those figures away.
The five time Champions League winner might not be as quick as he used to be or go on the same dazzling runs but he's transformed himself into a number nine and continues to bang in the goals.

He ended with 21 goals in 31 games in his first season in Italy and has followed that up with 13 goals in 15 games in the league so far this season.
Last year Ronaldo said he could retire in 2020, or go on for another six or seven years, saying, "Maybe I can leave my career next year ... but I can also play up to 40 or 41.
"I don't know. What I always say is to enjoy the moment. The gift is excellent and I have to continue to enjoy it."

With a body like his it looks like he could continue till he's 50!
