Son Asks Dad For Cristiano Ronaldo Haircut, Gets 'R9' Ronaldo Nazario Instead

A son ended up getting the wrong Ronaldo haircut in a cruel prank played on him by his dad.

However, the dad had other ideas and decided to make his lad look like the Brazilian Ronaldo with his infamous half a haircut.

The son, incensed by the trim he sees when he looks in the mirror, calls his dad a "d***head" - while he just laughs hysterically and quips, "There's only Ronaldo!" - bringing up a picture of the 'O Fenomeno'.

Ronaldo sported the trim at the 2002 World Cup, where he scored eight goals as Brazil became world champions for the fifth time in South Korea and Japan.

Years later, the two-time Ballon d'Or winner revealed he donned the bizarre style in order to draw attention from an injury he was harbouring.

"I decided to cut my hair and leave the small thing there. I come to training and everybody saw me with bad hair.

"Everybody was talking about the hair and forgot about the injury. I could stay more calm and relaxed and focused on my training.

"I'm not proud about the hair itself because it was pretty strange. But it was a good way to change the subject."

Ronaldo came up clutch with the winner against Turkey in the semi-final and then went one better with a brace in the final against Germany.

Current Brazil stars Neymar and Richarlison have admitted to copying Ronaldo, who once apologised to all mothers who saw their kids imitate his hair.

And Ronaldo's mum, Sonia, was inevitably not a fan of the trim he went for.

"It's very ugly that haircut, he would look much nicer if he just shaved it all off", she told La Nación.

"[His own son] didn't know who he was! He looked at him and couldn't believe he was looking at his dad."
