Amad Diallo And Hannibal Mejbri Produce Magical Moment Of Link Up Play

Manchester United's future looks in good hands, with two of their most talented youngsters showing what they could bring to the first team.

Amad Diallo and Hannibal Mejbri showed that the future for Manchester United is looking good, with a mesmerising moment of link up play between the youngsters.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team is doing pretty well right now, and are currently just three points behind top of the table and local rivals Manchester City, but the manager will also be happy to see his youngsters are doing well.

On Friday night the under 23s took on Blackburn Rovers U23 in a Premier League 2 Division One game and Diallo in particular shone.

The former Atalanta winger, who joined in January, set up his teammates regularly and got three assists and also scored a goal.

The Ivorian born speedster, with skills to compliment, and midfielder Mejbri showed off their brilliance late in the game by bamboozling defenders with a sequence of passes.

Diallo, who nearly moved to Old Trafford in the summer, only made his debut for Neil Wood's team last weekend, in a match against Liverpool.

The 18-year-old, who cost big money for a teenager with limited first team appearances, scored two goals on debut.

On Friday he made it three goals and three assists in just two games, as more fans started to call for his inclusion in the first team

Whilst United have undoubtedly improved since last season, with the signing of Edinson Cavani helping, they are still short at right wing.

Solskjaer has had to play Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and even Paul Pogba in the position on occasions this season. Mason Greenwood, who played well in the position last season, hasn't been as consistent this campaign and is naturally a striker.

United tried hard to sign Jadon Sancho in the summer, with the knowledge that they needed someone on the right, and Diallo could soon make the step up.

Speaking recently about the teenager, Solskjaer said, "There will need to be some adjustment to settle into the hustle and bustle of the physical part of the Premier League but I can't see it being too long until he's in the squad."

On last night's basis, Hannibal might not be too far behind him.
