Fans Think Mourinho Should Sell One Player After Derby Match

The life of a football fan is one of constant criticism. Can any of us ever be truly happy with a performance, result, transfer or anything else to do with our club? Last night fans rounded on one player after Manchester United's 2-0 win.

No matter how good life is at anyone time for a football club their fans will no doubt try to find something wrong, they'll be Manchester City fans who don't like something about Pep Guardiola's team right now.

Even in their days of topping the table on an almost constant basis Manchester United fans would moan about Sir Alex Ferguson's starting XI, only to win the game 4-0.

It's just how we're programmed as fans, always seeing the bad rather than the good- making sure the inevitable failure doesn't hurt as much perhaps.

Last night United fans watched their side go through to the FA Cup fourth round with a 2-0 win over Derby County and yet still fans took to Twitter to turn on one player.

Despite only playing 45 minutes many called for Henrikh Mkhitaryan to be sold as soon as possible:

The Armenian joined the Red Devils last season and after initially struggling to get into Mourinho's side he impressed, especially in the Europa League.

However his form has been way off this season and it seems inevitable he will be sold either this month or in the summer.
