Solskjaer, who is now the permanent United manager, will join the likes of David Beckham and Ryan Giggs, among other heroes from the historic game.
It was confirmed on Friday afternoon that Teddy Sheringham, Dwight Yorke and Andy Cole have also been confirmed for the tie.
