Ross Barkley is clearly unhappy with his opportunities in the England senior team, and has been venting his frustration on Twitter.
The Everton midfielder is enjoying a strong campaign in the Premier League with his boyhood club, with the arrival of manager Ronald Koeman obviously playing a part in the 23-year-old maturing somewhat.
His decent form has ensured he's stayed in the England squad for the friendly with Germany last week, as well as Sunday's World Cup qualifier at home to Lithuania, when the likes of Theo Walcott and Wayne Rooney have been left out.

But Barkley didn't play a single minute in either match - as he hasn't in his last seven call-ups.
He also didn't play a single minute at Euro 2016, and his 'Likes' section on Twitter is clearly evidence that he's not at all happy about it:
