What Arsenal Fans Are Saying About Their Three Substitutes Against Spurs

Arsenal's three substitutes failed to make a positive impact.

Unai Emery's selection for Saturday's North London derby raised a few eyebrows. He left Lucas Torreira, Mesut Ozil and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on the bench.

But his plans seemed to work as his side went into the break one-nil up.

However, in the 74th minute, Harry Kane leveled from the spot. Though in the period between the interval and Spurs' goal, Emery made three substitutions.

He drafted in the three aforementioned Arsenal players yet they were unable to do anything positive.

In fact, a few minutes after the German entered the fray, the hosts equalised. What's more, Aubameyang missed a penalty in the 90th minute and Torreira was sent off for a reckless tackle on Danny Rose.

Naturally, the trios involvement got Arsenal fans talking. Here's some reaction from Twitter:

Arsenal remain four points adrift of Spurs in the Premier League table.

Meanwhile, the Gunners resume their European adventure next before entertaining Manchester United.
