Manchester United are reportedly closing in on the signing of Mario Mandzukic from Juventus.
The 33-year-old has agreed personal terms with the club, according to The Daily Mail, who claim the striker will sign a three year deal at Old Trafford worth £6.2 million a year.
Mandzukic, who has scored 188 goals in 476 games during his career, is believed to be Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's ideal replacement for Romelu Lukaku.
Of course, Lukaku is part of the ongoing transfer saga involving Paulo Dybala but it is believed that even if that deal falls through, United will still try and sign the Croatian forward, according to Sky Italy.
The Mail also report that United will either pay in the region of £15 million for Mandzukic, or Juventus may incorporate him in the swap deal for Lukaku.

Earlier this week, Paulo Dybala's agent travelled to London to hold talks with Manchester United over personal terms.
It was later reported that Manchester United and Juventus had agreed a swap deal 'in principle' involving Dybala and Romelu Lukaku.
But it appears both clubs are now waiting on Dybala's final decision.
Earlier this year, Mandzukic reportedly rejected a huge offer from Chinese Super League side Dalian Yifang.

Atletico forwards Nico Gaitan and Yannick Carrasco were unable to say no to the lure of China but Panorama and Corriere di Torino say Mandzukic rejected an offer that would have seen him earn 10 million euros per year in the Far East.
The former Bayern Munich and VFL Wolfsburg made the move to Turin in 2015 and has become a huge hit with the Bianconeri faithfuls, scoring 43 goals and winning three consecutive Scudettos.
Do you think Mario Mandzukic is the right man for Manchester United?
