Manchester United are interested in signing Youri Tielemans following his impressive debut season in the Premier League.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is believed to be a huge admirer of the 22-year-old midfielder, who spent the 2018/19 campaign on loan at Leicester City.
In fact, the club have held talks with Tielemans' agent of a potential move, according to journalist Kristof Terreur, who goes on to claim United have been in touch with his people "for more than a month."

It's difficult to predict what will happen. Man United have held talks with representants of other midfielders too. Key will be what happens with Paul Pogba too.- Kristof Terreur :newspaper::movie_camera: (@HLNinEngeland) June 15, 2019

Leicester, however, are hoping to get a deal over the line meanwhile Champions League finalists Tottenham Hotspur have also been linked with a move for the AS Monaco midfielder.
Tielemans is not short of admirers and it's easy to see why.
He made 52 appearances for club and country last season, scoring nine goals and notching a flurry of assists.
The midfielder also has an incredible CV considering his age. He made his debut for Belgian side Anderlecht in 2013, becoming the fourth-youngest player is the Belgian First Division history.
Tielemans went on to make over 150 appearances for the club before joining AS Monaco in a reported €25 million deal.
He has since made 23 appearances for his country, and was included in Belgium's World Cup squad last summer.
Youri Tielemans on #mufc and Tottenham interest: "Yes of course [it's flattering]. Those are really big teams in England and in Europe so yeah it's flattering for me to hear those names. For me, it's good. It gives me confidence." #mulive [sky]- utdreport (@utdreport) June 6, 2019
Youri Tielemans: "We'll see which club it will be. The only thing I can see is that things are moving. A lot of clubs have shown interest and we'll see in the next few weeks which club it will be." #mulive [sky]- utdreport (@utdreport) June 6, 2019
It is believed, however, that Tielemans wants to play Champions League football next season.
Of course, Manchester United failed to qualify for the competition after finishing sixth, so that might be a stumbling block in a potential move for the Leicester City loanee.
Do you think Tielemans would be a success at Old Trafford?
