There isn't a manager in world football quite like Pep Guardiola, just ask Manchester City midfielder Aleix Garcia, who received a coaching masterclass earlier this week.
The 22-year-old, who was on loan at Girona last season, made his first appearance of the season against West Ham in the Asia Cup on Wednesday afternoon.
Garcia made an impact after replacing Rodri in the 70th minute but ultimately, every performance can be improved.

Step forward, Pep Guardiola.
The Spaniard took Garcia to one side and gave him a trademark coaching session on the touchline, just moments after the final whistle blew.
Manchester City may have won the game 4-1 thanks to goals from David Silva, Raheem Sterling (2) and Lukas Nmecha.

But the perfectionist wanted to get the best out of his player, something Garcia can absolutely appreciate.
"Best Teacher Ever." he said on Twitter after the game.
Guardiola's one-on-one session with Garcia certainly earned the praise of Tim Sherwood, who was the guest commentator during Wednesday's game at the Olympic Sports Centre Stadium.

"He's an absolutely fantastic advert for the game," he said.
"He's had his rest in the summer and now he's back to work. Every minute of every single day he will strive to make every player better within that club.
"Not just his first team players either but the young lads as well. He is an example to all managers out there. He leaves no stone unturned. That's why he wins more trophies than any other manager."
Guardiola's coaching methods have also helped improve Raheem Sterling's overall game.

Back in November 2017, Sterling scored a brilliant winning goal against Feyenoord. It was further evidence of how the Spaniard's coaching style have made the England international into one of the deadliest wingers in world football.
Sterling dropped deep to make a passing option and was found perfectly by Gundogan outside the box.
But instead of holding onto the ball, he played a first-time ball back to the Germany international, before making a brilliant run in behind.
Not long after the goal, a clip of Guardiola coaching Sterling in pre-season surfaced, and it perfectly ties in with the positional play and movement he displayed to create the opening in that Champions League game.

The clip features footage of Pep, in an open training session back in August, animatedly coaching Sterling about the importance of body position.
