Everyone is calling out Jermaine Pennant on social media for his Tweets about Loris Karius.

The Liverpool keeper remains subject to intense scrutiny following his high-profile errors in goal during the Champions League final.

He committed a bizarre mistake to allow Karim Benzema to open the scoring, then failed to hold onto the ball from a long range strike by Gareth Bale.

Naturally, his performance between the sticks got everyone talking including ex-Liverpool player Pennant.

The 35-year-old decided to weigh in on the Karius talk by slating him in two separate posts.

Firstly, he posted a picture of himself in the 2007 Champions League final, attached with the words: "Gutted for the players and fans apart from the GK..... I've been there I feel there pain, next season #YNWA".

Then another.

Finally, a Tweet which consists of a picture with Karius' face photo-shopped onto the Real Madrid team raising the trophy.

Football fans immediately challenged his thoughts. As well as fellow pro goalie Wes Foderingham.

Out of order, right?
